Current official Visit page explicitly confirms free festival attendance for all ages; its current timing image was visually inspected and confirms the d3 free programme runs 10:00–22:00 on 3–8 November. No item-specific ticket or compulsory purchase is advertised for this public installation/exhibition. The ticketed Downtown Design fair is excluded. Organiser-linked district coordinates are marked approximate. The individual EEG Resonance page specifies its narrower 12:00–21:00 weekday and 11:00–21:00 weekend windows, which are used here.
