Fresh official Live Artistic Programme, FAQ and public registration form inspected 22 October 2026. Programme and FAQ explicitly say free to attend, registration required and registration now open for 6–15 November. The linked form expressly offers a free Live Artistic Programme pass, with email verification/account creation; no form submitted. The FAQ separates the paid online academic programme and says detailed schedule to follow. Old footer text saying registration soon is superseded by the explicit main-page open status and live pass form. One city-wide event is counted, not separate duplicate venue entries. No fixed venue hours invented; empty occurrences intentionally prevent planner scheduling until the actual live timetable is available. Representative Al Wasl coordinates sourced from map record and original organiser names that venue. Photo is a licensed 2021 venue photograph, not current event imagery. Deduplicated against catalogue and acquisition history.
