What’s free & what to know
- Introductory trial only, arranged with Westford Sports before attending; continuing coaching and ordinary pool hire are separate paid services.
- Request the free swimming trial through Westford’s enquiry form or phone. Confirm the age/ability group, session time and Capital School pool meeting point with the team.
- Children, teens and adults are advertised; confirm suitability for younger children directly because the provider does not publish a numeric minimum age.
- The map marks Capital School approximately. Use Gate 5 and the organiser’s confirmed meeting instructions.

Current original swimming page explicitly offers a free trial of its swimming coaching and pool facilities before joining. The original homepage says try sports at no cost before joining and lists Capital School as a training centre; its linked Playo facility page confirms swimming at Gate 5, Capital School, 44 Baghdad Road. The trial enquiry form requests names, email, phone and comments, with no payment fields. Children, teens and adults are explicitly included but no numeric minimum age or trial timetable is published. Original facility description identifies an outdoor pool. The original homepage map resolves to the Capital School campus pin, not an independently verified pool entrance.
