Free Dubai uses business account details to manage accounts, review free things and administer chosen plans. Account information and marketing email addresses are not published.

Verified email accounts

Email signup uses a one-time verification link. A verified email is required before email account access is granted. Essential verification emails are separate from optional marketing emails.

Your marketing choice

Marketing is optional and off by default. Choose weekend inspiration and business promotions separately. Both are off by default for new accounts; existing business preferences remain as chosen. We do not automatically opt existing subscribers into the new weekend list. We record your verified address, consent wording version and the time you opted in or withdrew. You can turn marketing off in your business dashboard or use the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails. Withdrawing does not affect your account or plan. Existing contacts are not automatically opted in.

Offer performance

We count card impressions, detail views, organiser-link clicks, directions clicks and appearances in generated day plans. Businesses can see only their own aggregate performance. These counts do not establish sales, bookings or attendance. Offer tracking uses a random identifier held in page memory, without a persistent analytics cookie, and excludes signed-in business owners’ own activity. Duplicate detection records expire after 48 hours and are removed during subsequent activity. Aggregate daily totals are retained for reporting. Browser Do Not Track is respected by this offer-performance tracker.

Site-wide analytics

Public browsing pages also use the site’s existing Google Analytics tag to measure overall website use. That service is separate from business offer-performance reports and can use analytics cookies. It is not loaded on business, owner-admin, verification or unsubscribe pages.

Services and retention

The site is hosted through Sites. When email verification is enabled, Resend delivers verification and essential account-status emails using the supplied address. Login links expire after 15 minutes; email sessions expire after seven days. Expired verification, session and abuse-protection records are removed in bounded batches during subsequent use. Security rate limits use hashed request keys; raw IP addresses are not saved in the application database. Necessary account, payment and consent records remain while needed for account administration and preference enforcement.

Planner routing

For road and walking estimates, the planner sends the approximate public starting pin and selected venue coordinates through our server to the FOSSGIS OpenStreetMap routing service. No name, group ages, contact details or precise device location is sent. Its service may log route requests; see routing service privacy and attribution. Routes are cached for up to 24 hours. Estimates do not include live traffic.

Contact and deletion requests

For access, correction, deletion or email-preference help, contact sales@freedubai.me. We may need to verify your authority before changing business records. Keep unsubscribe preferences when reusing marketing exports, and never add unsubscribed contacts back to a campaign.
